Attention MySpace Users
Problem
There is currently a technical glitch whereby active MySpace accounts are becoming inactive resulting in no updates from your MySpace account.
Solution
For those experiencing this scenario, sign in to your Xumii account and re-add your MySpace account. You can re-add your MySpace account from either the desktop browser, mobile browser (http://m.xumii.com), or Xumii mobile apps.
Follow one of the options below to re-add your MySpace account:
Xumii Mobile Apps (Mobile Phones, Android and iPhone)
- Sign In
- Go to 'Me'
- Select 'Add another identity'
- Select MySpace and follow the prompts
Desktop Browser
- Sign In
- Under Add a New Service — click MySpace and follow the prompts
Mobile Browser
- Sign In at http://m.xumii.com
- Click Add new services
- Click MySpace and follow the prompts
